2026 Make Art with the Pieces Charity Auction

  • Fairfield Inn & Suites 108 Saint Michaels Avenue Madison, IN, 47250 United States (map)

We're excited to announce our 2026 When Your Heart is Broken, Make Art with the Pieces Charity Auction.

“When Your Heart is Broken, Make Art with the Pieces Charity Auction is set to take place on Thursday, April 16th, 2026, at Fairfield Inn & Suites. Community members who share a profound social responsibility to support CASA's mission will gather for a powerful evening, kicking off at 5:30 pm. CASA will host live entertainment, a catered buffet, a cash bar, and silent auction. The formal program begins at 7:00 pm, featuring a heartfelt celebration of our Champion for Children Honorees, followed by our live auction, where unique items and experiences will be up for bid. The evening will culminate with more music, inviting everyone to help CASA turn fragments of hardship into masterpieces of hope and support for children in need.

We are thrilled to share our continued collaboration with Eric Phagan and the talented students of Madison Junior High School, who will welcome special guest artist Beejay Ellis to lend his expertise and creativity to the classroom over the coming months. Beejay will guide students in crafting one-of-a-kind artwork, promising an incredible display of youthful artistic vision. These unique student creations will take center stage in our live auction, complementing an array of other amazing "experience" packages and exclusive items like a 7-day Caribbean Cruise, Festival Packages, and more! This is an unparalleled opportunity to acquire something truly special while supporting the only local agency that fills a critical gap in our child welfare system, so mark your calendars and secure your tickets early – you won't want to miss the chance to bid!

All net proceeds from the event will be used to recruit, train, and support volunteers who advocate for our local abused and neglected children of Jefferson County.

This is an event you do not want to miss! Purchase your tickets online today.
