2027 REGISTRATION OPENS IN FEBRUARY
Each May, downtown Madison, Indiana, comes alive with the Rumble on the River Car Show—a celebration of cars, community, and compassion.
Spend the day along Vaughn Drive surrounded by an incredible lineup of classic cars, muscle cars, trucks, customs, hot rods, and more. Whether you’re bringing a vehicle to show or simply coming downtown to enjoy the day, Rumble on the River has become a great way to kick off summer in Madison.
And for spectators, admission is completely FREE.
Enjoy live music, food trucks, door prizes, pinstriping, a 50/50 drawing, and rows of vehicles lining Madison’s beautiful riverfront. More than 70 trophies will be awarded, with winners announced at 4:00 p.m.
In 2026, Rumble on the River welcomed 350 participants and 5,500 spectators— a testament to the passion of our community and the heart behind this annual tradition. We can’t wait to see what next year brings!
