Each May, downtown Madison, Indiana, comes alive with the Rumble on the River Car Show—a celebration of cars, community, and compassion. Whether you’re showing off your prized vehicle, spending the day with family, or simply soaking up the atmosphere of a vibrant local tradition, the Rumble on the River promises something for everyone.
From classic cars and custom builds to bikes and trucks, you’ll find rows of polished chrome and horsepower lining the streets. Enjoy live music, food trucks, and a variety of vendors, and don’t miss the opportunity to connect with fellow car enthusiasts who share a passion for innovation and history on wheels.
In 2025, Rumble on the River welcomed a staggering 450 participants and 6,500 spectators— a testament to the passion of our community and the heart behind this annual tradition. We can’t wait to see what next year brings!

If you’re a food vendor, this is your chance to be part of one of the region’s most talked-about events. Space is limited, and to ensure a unique culinary experience, menu item duplication will be avoided.
